About the Role:
You will be supporting adults within residential, supported living, and community care environments. The service users may have:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism
- Mental Health Needs
- Complex Behaviours
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous Support Worker or Care Assistant experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work day/night shifts
- PMVA training preferred
- Must have valid Right to Work in the UK

- Updated CV with full employment history from age 18 (without gaps)
- Passport & Right to Work Documents
- Enhanced DBS Certificate with online update service
- 2 Proofs of Address dated within the last 3 months
- National Insurance Number Proof

- Two Professional / Character References covering the last 5 years
