Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, dementia, epilepsy, and complex needs within supported living settings.

  • Assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and daily living activities.
  • Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and person-centred support.
  • Supporting service users to access community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
  • Maintaining accurate daily notes, incident reports, and care documentation.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately.
  • Supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge using positive behaviour support approaches.
  • Working in accordance with health & safety, infection control, and company policies.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Providing emotional support and encouraging wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Supported Living / Care settings.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Care Certificate including all 16 modules.
  • PMVA / MAPA / CPI Training Certificate.
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care principles.
