The role would be ideal for someone who understands how ERP and WMS platforms are used day to day in a live operational environment and is keen to grow into a more technical, systems‑focused position.

What the Role Involves

Operational System Support

• Support day‑to‑day use of ERP and WMS platforms
• Act as a bridge between operations and systems
• Help operational teams get the best out of the systems

Multi‑Site Support

• Work across different sites (in Poole) and operational teams
• Provide hands‑on support within live warehouse and operational environments

WMS & ERP Configuration

• Support scanning processes
• Set up and maintain the WMS
• Label design and configuration
• Support reporting and system calculations

Process & System Improvement

• Understand and improve operational processes
• Feed operational insight back into system improvements
• Help translate operational needs into system enhancements

Who This Role Is Perfect For

This position would suit someone with experience in:

• ERP or WMS system support (ideally a vendor/partner or within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain)
• 2nd or 3rd line technical support or junior consultancy
• Warehouse operations with strong system exposure who wants to move further into systems and technology
• Labelling, printing, and handheld scanning devices

Additional Information

• Based in Poole, Dorset (on‑site across multiple sites in the locality)
• Working hours: 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday (1 hour for lunch)
