The Opportunity:

This is an ERP Integration Developer role where you will own how systems talk to each other, how data moves, and how integrations actually work. As an ERP Integration Developer, you will play a central role in a major business transformation. The company is rolling out a new ERP platform and connecting multiple systems across the business. Your work will directly affect how operations, data and people work together every day.

They are looking for a hands-on ERP Integration Developer who understands integrations, APIs, data flows and ERP systems, and who enjoys taking ownership of making things work properly. If you like being the person who fixes broken integrations, improves data flow, and makes systems talk to each other cleanly, this role is built for you.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Salary up to around £60,000 depending on experience
  • Strong profit-share bonus paid monthly and yearly
  • Hybrid working available (to be discussed)
  • Free EV charging and on-site parking
  • Free lunch every Friday
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays + buy and sell scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Cycle to work scheme, retail discounts, birthday vouchers
  • A business investing heavily in systems, data and technology

What the ERP Integration Developer Will Do:

Your early focus will be on integrations rather than heavy feature development. In the first phase, external developers are building much of the ERP solution. As the ERP Integration Developer, you will:

  • Own and understand all integrations between systems
  • Review and validate work delivered by external developers
  • Make sure integrations, APIs and data flows are reliable and clean
  • Test changes and ensure different developments work together
  • Spot problems early and fix them before they hit production
  • Act as the internal expert on how systems connect

Once the ERP is live, the role becomes more hands-on:

  • Making changes and improvements to the ERP system
  • Building and improving integrations between systems
  • Supporting ongoing optimisation and data flow
  • Becoming the go-to person for ERP and integrations internally

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems.

What You Need:

The company is flexible on exact tech, but you must bring:

  • Experience working with ERP systems (any ERP - Acumatica is a bonus, not essential)
  • Strong experience with integrations, APIs and data movement
  • Experience with REST / web services
  • Comfortable working with real-world data and messy systems
  • Background in languages like C# or similar
  • SQL or data handling experience
  • A hands-on, self-starting mindset
  • Someone who “does the work” rather than delegates it

Why You Should Apply:

This is a rare chance to become the internal owner of ERP and integrations during a major transformation. You will shape how systems connect for years to come. Your work will be visible, valuable and relied upon every day.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you are an ERP Integration Developer who understands integrations, APIs and data flow and wants ownership, stability and real impact, this is worth a conversation.

Interviews are already starting so don’t wait to apply! Apply now or message me directly. You don’t need a perfect CV to start the conversation. We are happy to support neurodivergent candidates and can make adjustments at any stage of the process.
