What the HR Advisor Will Do:

You'll work closely with managers and employees across the business, providing trusted HR advice while helping to create a positive, compliant and engaging employee experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing low to medium-risk employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct and grievance cases
  • Coordinating onboarding, contractual changes, probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate HR records, reporting and payroll-related employee changes
  • Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
