Your Role

As Brand Lead, Dermatology, you will lead the development and execution of the UK marketing strategy for this focus brand. You will be the commercial brand coordinator across key functions, ensuring close alignment with global strategy while tailoring plans to the needs of the local market. This is a high-impact role with broad visibility, cross-functional influence and the opportunity to help deliver a best-in-class launch.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the UK affiliate brand strategy and execution plan, including positioning, messaging, campaign development and promotional materials.
  • Driving disease awareness and innovative HCP-focused marketing activities across relevant channels.
  • Coordinating and leading the UK cross-functional brand team to ensure alignment, momentum and delivery against timelines.
  • Tracking brand performance, market insights, engagement impact and spend versus budget.
  • Partnering with commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, finance, supply, agencies and global teams to optimise launch execution.

You will also contribute to forecasting and OPEX reviews, lead agency relationships, support key congress and promotional activities, build relationships with key external experts and provide UK input into global strategic and operating plans.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you bring deep pharmaceutical marketing expertise, proven launch experience, commercial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to lead through influence in a complex cross-functional environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Brand Management or related subject, or equivalent by example (an MBA is a welcome bonus).
  • Significant brand-management expertise, ideally in specialty care, driving measurable growth.
  • A track record of launching products successfully in competitive, specialist UK markets.
  • Combined strategic vision with tactical know-how to develop and execute high-impact, multichannel campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills for demand forecasting, budget stewardship, market insight generation, and performance optimization.
  • Dermatology experience is desirable but not essential.

You will thrive in this role if you are results-driven, resilient, confident navigating ambiguity and able to simplify complexity while inspiring collaboration across teams.

Your New Team

The team works closely with global marketing, medical, market access, sales, regulatory, supply, business intelligence and external agency partners. In this role, you will be at the centre of a highly collaborative launch environment, helping to connect strategy with execution and turn ambition into measurable impact.
