Your Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our UK/IRE team on a 12-month Fixed-Term contract. As a Brand Manager with LEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering impactful brand plans that grow our portfolio and achieve UK business objectives. As a key marketing ambassador, you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution aligned to our overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution: Supporting Marketing team to implement key brand tactics and marketing campaigns to achieve the UK Dermatology brand objectives.
  • Developing innovative, high-impact HCP marketing tactics aligned to Brand Plan.
  • Executing integrated multi-channel campaigns, optimising core assets.
  • Support UK Marketing team with development of Dermatology brand strategies and tactical plans.
  • Localisation of approved global assets for the UK market.
  • Development of bespoke local materials where required.
  • Ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of projects.

Project & Budget Management

  • Applying robust project management methodologies.
  • Tracking timelines, budgets, and spend allocation to ensure efficient delivery.

Promotional Materials Ownership

  • Leading the PromoMats material certification process.
  • Managing UK material withdrawals.
  • Liaising with agency partners and global production teams.

Compliance & Values

  • Ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes (MHRA, PMCPA, LEO Pharma Code of Conduct).
  • Adherence to all internal policies and procedures.

In this role, you will partner with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including the UK Marketing Team, Global Marketing, Field Team, Regulatory, Medical/Scientific Affairs, and the Market Access Strategy Lead, as well as the Commercial Excellence teams covering Operations, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Brand Manager within specialty care and/or biologics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Experience localising global strategies and assets and developing bespoke UK materials.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional working with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence teams.
  • Dermatology experience is highly desirable.
