Your Role

  • Lead the development and execution of the UK marketing strategy for this focus brand.
  • Be the commercial brand coordinator across key functions, ensuring close alignment with global strategy while tailoring plans to the needs of the local market.
  • Lead the UK affiliate brand strategy and execution plan, including positioning, messaging, campaign development and promotional materials.
  • Drive disease awareness and innovative HCP-focused marketing activities across relevant channels.
  • Coordinate and lead the UK cross-functional brand team to ensure alignment, momentum and delivery against timelines.
  • Track brand performance, market insights, engagement impact and spend versus budget.
  • Partner with commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, finance, supply, agencies and global teams to optimise launch execution.
  • Contribute to forecasting and OPEX reviews, lead agency relationships, support key congress and promotional activities, build relationships with key external experts and provide UK input into global strategic and operating plans.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Brand Management or related subject, or equivalent by example (an MBA is a welcome bonus).
  • Significant brand-management expertise, ideally in specialty care, driving measurable growth.
  • A track record of launching products successfully in competitive, specialist UK markets.
  • Combined strategic vision with tactical know-how to develop and execute high-impact, multichannel campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical skills for demand forecasting, budget stewardship, market insight generation, and performance optimization.
  • Dermatology experience is desirable but not essential.

You will thrive in this role if you are results-driven, resilient, confident navigating ambiguity and able to simplify complexity while inspiring collaboration across teams.
