Overview
As a key member of the corporate team, you’ll be responsible for providing full and high-level PA support to a small team. You will be joining at an exciting period of growth for the organisation, with duties Including; Acting as the main point of contact for all enquiries towards the team, Full and multiple diary management (managing meetings across multiple time zones), representing the leadership throughout the business, organising complex travel (including visa arrangements) and meeting commitments, meeting management (minute taking, presentation management), and providing wider PA support where required.
Criteria
- Experienced EA / PA (3+ years) at leadership level.
- Strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel, power point etc.).
- Excellent communicator, confident in networking with internal and external stakeholders
- A positive attitude, and natural problem solver.
- Confident in being able to work autonomously
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Degree or related qualification is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Due to the nature of the role, you will be party to sensitive business information, all applicants should be confident in managing confidential materials.
