Leo Healthcare Group is actively seeking a dedicated and energetic Female Support Worker to provide essential care and support for a bright 10-year-old girl in Solihull. Our client has cerebral palsy, is verbal, and displays some challenging behaviours. This is a highly rewarding opportunity with excellent pay.
The Offer
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Home and School setting in Solihull.
Your Essential Requirements
We require candidates with demonstrable, recent experience in:
Cerebral Palsy support.
PEG feeding (gastrostomy care).
Manual Handling (Essential, must be confident with hoists/transfers).
Experience in positively managing challenging behaviour is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide full, dedicated support throughout our client\’s day, acting as a proactive and engaging presence. Key tasks include:
Morning Routine (7:00 am – 8:40 am): Providing full assistance with transfers using specialised equipment (hoists, standing frame, and walker), personal care, and accompanying her on the school transport.
School Support: Accompanying her to school and assisting with transfers and personal care throughout the school day.
Afternoon Support: Accompanying her home, completing personal care, and actively encouraging her in exercises, activities, and games until the end of the shift.

You must be a Female Support Worker (essential requirement) who is:
Bubbly, Proactive, and Encouraging—ready to engage her in fun activities.
Committed to providing person-centred care.
