Join to apply for the Technical Lead role at LEO Club Maastricht. We are a leading client based in Liverpool looking for a Technical Lead to join our team. This role is for a fully hands-on Lead Developer with a proven track record across .NET technologies for the full development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the development squad, driving secure, scalable and maintainable solutions for both backend and frontend technologies.
- Lead design and architecture decisions, ensuring best practices in coding, testing and deployment.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver business value.
Key Skills
- Excellent track record in a similar role (Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Architect).
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Cloud experience (Microsoft Azure).
- Front-end with React, TypeScript, Next.js.
- CI/CD, Docker, Microservices.

Compensation & Working Arrangements
