The predicted salary is between 54000 - 84000 ÂŁ per year.

Manages a portfolio of global brands and different global workstreams (you will be supported by a team). Hold strategic conversations with senior clients, define key priorities for the account to support growth agenda. Along with Creative Directors and Strategic Planner, sets strategic approach and creative expression for client account. Partners with Senior Planners and local market counterparts to enable relevant insight and creative outputs for global campaigns. Champion and elevate creative output on the account. Lead the integration of capabilities and external partners to deliver a seamless campaign ecosystem. Problem solves on high-level account and production issues and knows when to involve Management. Builds and maintains top-level client relationships; acts as key partner and advisor to clients offering strategies and solutions to address their business challenges. Leads monthly client revenue tracking and analyses revenue impact on account and agency profitability. Lead & support the team in delivering projects on timing and budget with greater creative outputs.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in managing business and/or project teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and experience delivering successful integrated communications.
  • Experience working on global, regional business is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required.
  • Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability.
  • A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Highly organised with a keen sense of attention to detail.
