We are seeking a commercially focused
Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting strategic and operational decision‑making across the business.
This newly created role will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Director of Customer Success and Finance leadership, providing high‑quality financial insight and commercial support to drive sustainable growth.
Please note that this will be a hybrid working role, with a minimum expectation of three days per week based in our Leeds head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team by applying standard pricing models to new and existing client proposals, guiding price negotiations and ensuring appropriate margins and cash profiles in line with internal guidance.
- Support in maintaining the corporate forecasting model, ensuring it remains accurate, robust, and up to date.
- Partner with colleagues across Finance to assess financial performance, investigate variances, and provide clear financial commentary and recommendations.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial controls, processes, and reporting as part of a programme of continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver insightful, timely commercial reporting to support members of the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders, with partnering responsibilities flexing as business priorities evolve.
About You
- Degree educated (or equivalent) and a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with strong technical accounting capability.
- Demonstrable experience of financial forecasting and working in a commercial, business‑facing finance or finance business partnering role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to demonstrate advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders, with the credibility to provide challenge, insight, and recommendations.
- Curious and adaptable, with the confidence to take on new challenges and operate effectively in areas that may initially be unfamiliar.
