Lentitek is seeking a Technology Development Lead to own analytical capability and advance the LTRx technology. The role centers on building assays for lentivirus quality and function, including cell-based performance tests, and delivering projects for real customers.
You will work directly with customers to demonstrate improvements in lentivirus production, develop the platform further, and travel for conferences and client work. A PhD in biology and 3+ years in biotech are preferred.
