Lent Rise House in Burnham, near Slough, is seeking a Deputy Home Manager β Nursing to support the Home Manager with day-to-day leadership in a high-quality nursing home for older people, including those with dementia.
You will lead rota planning, recruitment, induction and mandatory training, and ensure clinical care standards while driving occupancy and cost control.
A Level 3 Health and Social Care diploma (or equivalent) and an active NMC PIN are required, with a path toward Level 4/5.
