Description and Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will play a critical role driving the strategic transformation initiatives withing the Marketing and Sales Digital Transformation function.
This position calls for an experienced professional who can drive commitments to keep timelines, is able to communicate to all levels in the business, can challenge the status quo and lead change. The ability to independently manage complex interactions and situations is essential.
The Senior Project Manager will drive the delivery of key strategic, complex and diverse projects to support the achievement of the Marketing & Sales Digital Transformation strategic objectives. Working with multiple teams across worldwide business units, this individual will be responsible for the end to management of projects, defining and owning the BMS, organizing and motivating the project team and identification and delivery of solutions.
Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver committed business value through solid project planning, complex problem solving and innovative thinking.
- Lead the project portfolio and operations for Marketing & Sales Digital Transformation organization.
- Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results.
- Provide clear and transparent communication to key stakeholders at all stages of the project.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (five plus years) in delivering large-scale transformation projects in large multi-national technology industry.
- Self-motivated and proactive Project Manager, with strong organizational and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to seek to understand, solve conceptual problems, wrangle resources, and deliver results in challenging situations.
- Demonstrable transformation or strategic change skills with high solution orientation.
- Fast learner who can solve complex problems and deliver results in challenging situations.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences including the senior leadership team.
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through – can own and take tasks through to completion.
- Conflict resolution capability & the ability to respond in a politically astute manner.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on operational reporting and data analytics.
- Strong judgement, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as an ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success. •
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills and proven ability to lead a virtual team located in multiple countries, experience in an international working environment is preferred.
Preferred Requirements
- PMP, Scrum Master certified.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experienced with PM tools: MS PO, Jira, Confluence, MS Project; and strong skills with Microsoft Office products, data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Preferred: background in Marketing and Sales.
- Familiarity with AI transformation is a plus.
