Description and Requirements
The Supporting Project Manager plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of enterprise organization and go‑to‑market transformation initiatives. This role provides hands‑on project coordination, planning, tracking, and execution support across cross‑functional workstreams, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to strategic objectives, and effectively adopted by the business. Working closely with program leaders, functional stakeholders, and execution teams, the Supporting Project Manager helps translate strategy into actionable plans, drives disciplined execution, and maintains visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across the transformation portfolio.
You will be responsible for:
- Support planning, execution and monitoring of organization and GTM transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across sales, marketing, operations, product, finance, and enabling functions
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision‑making and progress tracking
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor initiative performance
- Support stakeholder alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
- Track progress against target and financial commitments
- Support cadence management for program meetings, steering committees, and working sessions
You will bring:
- 1‑3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, consulting, business operations, sales ops/admin or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile certifications) preferred but not required
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience supporting initiatives involving sales, marketing, customer success, or commercial operations is preferred
- Good planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
