Working Hours
09:00 – 17:30, Monday – Friday. Remote/Field Working: 3 days per week onsite with clients – Monday office‑based at HQ, one additional flex day (office or home).

Role Focus
This role is all about reactivating and maximising the value of corporate accounts. Your mission is to deliver Gross Profit targets through re‑engagement, re‑energising, repositioning, reviving and growing accounts, and opening new opportunities.
- Deliver Gross Profit target – by re‑engaging, re‑energising, repositioning, reviving and growing accounts.
- Re‑engage: Audit each account, rebuild contact with key decision‑makers, reposition JPA as a strategic partner.
- Re‑energise: Identify fresh opportunities within each client – from minor reconfigurations to major refits.
- Reposition: Lead with insight, sustainable credentials, and design capability to elevate conversations beyond price.
- Revive and Grow: Take accounts from low/no engagement to high‑trust relationships delivering consistent profit.
- Open New: Prospect, work solutions through to close, and generate further spend.
Key Objectives
- Hit 100% of agreed gross‑profit target.
- Engage all stakeholders relevant to workplace strategy – particularly C‑suite influencers.
- Build, manage and execute tailored growth plans for each assigned account.
- Deliver consistent touchpoints across portfolio – check‑ins, reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
- Increase volume and value of workplace opportunities through strategic account development.
Operational Excellence
- End‑to‑end sales responsibility – manage BD, sales process, build pipeline and close deals to deliver targets.
- Sales Support & Design – provide clear briefs and coordinate with design and technology teams for seamless delivery.
Skills & Competencies
Soft Skills
- Skilled communicator who can navigate commercial and creative conversations with ease.
- Curious, empathetic and commercially aware.
- Organised, reliable, with a high sense of personal ownership.
- Confident presenting ideas and value propositions to mid and senior‑level decision‑makers.
Hard Skills
- HubSpot or CRM power‑user with strong admin discipline.
- Experience interpreting client spend data and growth patterns.
- Awareness of key trends in workplace design, sustainability and hybrid working.
- Familiarity with procurement landscape in private sector organisations.
- Minimum 4 years sales experience – solution selling focus.

Salary
£40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
