Are you ready to lead a business, shape strategy, and drive real commercial impact? As the Country Business Group (Data Center Infrastructure Solutions) Leader, you will own P&L and overall business performance in-market. You will define and drive the country strategy for data center infrastructure solutions, aligning to priority growth areas such as AI, hybrid cloud, and edge computing. You will continuously assess market dynamics, identify and capture new market opportunities by evolving the portfolio mix and positioning Lenovo’s end-to-end capabilities under the One Lenovo model.
You will be at the center of business leadership, connecting Sales, Finance, Supply, and Marketing to ensure strategic priorities translate into clear execution and measurable outcomes. You will lead both the go-to-market strategy and its delivery with focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and market share. This is a highly visible leadership role where your ability to set direction, influence senior stakeholders, and drive disciplined execution will directly shape business success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of country-level performance, including revenue, margin, pricing strategy, and inventory health.
- Align commercial strategy with sales execution, ensuring plans are realistic and achievable.
- Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve pricing, product mix, and commercial outcomes.
- Drive execution of the Business Management System (BMS), ensuring strong performance tracking and timely interventions.
- Lead forecasting and demand planning in close partnership with Sales, Finance, and Supply teams.
- Ensure end-to-end visibility across pipeline, orders, backlog, and supply to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
- Act as the key integrator across functions, driving alignment and clarity on priorities and trade-offs.
- Partner with CTO and business leadership to strengthen sales funnel efficiency and improve win rates.

- 10+ years of experience in data center sales, capability building a solution-led selling.
