Description and Requirements
Join a global tech leader and turn innovation into real‑world impact! You will be part of our SSG (Services and Solutions Group) reporting to our International Sales Pre‑Sales Leader for SSG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead C‑suite engagements to align strategy, AI priorities, and operating models, supported by board‑ready business cases and financial value models.
- Embed with customers to drive hands‑on discovery, rapid prototyping, and early deployments that deliver fast, measurable outcomes.
- Own the customer journey from assessment to scale, partnering with Sales and Marketing to strengthen value narratives and increase win rates.
- Design hybrid AI + human (HITL) operating models with clear governance, guardrails, escalation paths, and quality controls.
- Translate real‑world discovery into MVPs, automation packs, product goals, and roadmap increments validated through pilots.
- Convert business outcomes into scalable, end‑to‑end solution architectures and actively orchestrate MVP execution.
- Establish program governance, track value realization, lead change, and convert customer patterns into reusable frameworks and assets.
Required Qualifications:
- 10–15+ years in Digital Workplace, end user computing, or managed services; 5+ years leading complex, multi tower transformation programs with executive visibility.
- Practical knowledge of Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentic patterns; proven ability to frame use cases, risks, and controls for executive decision making.
- Strong command of business case development, ability to map IT investment to business value.
- Exceptional facilitation skills (discovery, value, design, governance) with a record of co-creating roadmaps and gaining stakeholder alignment.
- Hands on familiarity with modern deployment, UEM, collaboration, identity/security, DEX/experience analytics (Lenovo xIQ or equivalent), and service desk modernization.
- Experience owning the lifecycle of a complex, data intensive enterprise product (AI/ML platform or large scale automation preferred).
- Direct experience in healthcare, retail, and/or telco, with ability to adapt patterns to domain outcomes.
- Outstanding executive storytelling, negotiation, and written/verbal communication across business and technical audiences.
- Mentors senior consultants/architects; influences cross functional teams; collaborates across Sales, Offering, Delivery, and Partners.
