Description and Requirements
Lenovo is seeking high-potential recent graduates to join our Global Accounts Strategy Office Program (SOP) — a one-year, full-time leadership development initiative designed to accelerate careers in sales, strategy, and consultative transformation. This is a fixed-term contract role based in Bratislava, with global exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to engage with senior leaders and customers worldwide. The program includes rotational assignments, structured training, and mentorship, culminating in a permanent placement within Lenovo’s Global Accounts organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Global Accounts sellers in building and executing strategic account plans.
- Develop and present customer-centric strategies aligned with Lenovo’s portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver transformation solutions.
- Engage with customers at multiple levels, including C-level executives.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic projects within the Global Strategy Office.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Showcase innovative thinking to address complex business challenges.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (completed within the last 2 years).
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, strategy, or customer engagement.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with comfort in executive-level interactions.
- Previous Lenovo experience (e.g., internship, co-op, or Global Accounts exposure) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in business concepts such as P&L, strategy development, and customer outcomes.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- High energy, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced global environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
