To support Lenovo’s growing Global Accounts business, we are seeking a Global Accounts Hybrid Sales Representative to work closely with our sales team and strategic enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned global enterprise accounts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
  • Execute account growth plans by identifying, developing, and progressing commercial opportunities within the defined customer portfolio.
  • Drive day‑to‑day sales activity, including pricing discussions, quotations, bids, and contract coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate pipelines, opportunities, and customer data within Lenovo’s CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Account Managers, product management, finance, and supply chain partners to support account execution.
  • Oversee customer catalogues and configuration processes in partnership with internal product and pricing teams.
  • Monitor customer‑facing KPIs, supporting reporting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
  • Support regular virtual and face‑to‑face customer interactions to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or hybrid sales roles within a technology or commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage pricing, quotations, tenders, or contract processes in complex customer accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Fluent English is required for daily business communication; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational execution and growth‑focused activities.
  • Well‑developed organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive working style with the ability to engage confidently across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
