Track the healthy status of DT/IT projects and drive project management activities to run efficiently using appropriate processes and tools. Track M&S DT projects against project management SLAs; coordinate with business and DT/IT focals to drive issue resolution and closure. Coordinate with DT/IT strategy teams and platform focals on required operational activities, including resource planning and budget release. Proactively work with CTM and key stakeholders on regular project tracking, ensuring accurate closure status, PPS dates, and timely project closure. Follow up on internal audit actions and ensure required remediation activities are completed. Report project progress, risks, and status regularly to management teams and key stakeholders.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in global digital transformation initiatives or project management roles.
- Strong comprehensive capabilities combining management, consultancy, project delivery, and technical skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proven ability to lead virtual teams across multiple countries; experience in an international working environment is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and high self-motivation.
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude under pressure.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Project Management Professional (PMP / PMI-PMP) certification is preferred.
