Description and Requirements

Are You ready to make an impact? Join Lenovo as a Product Management Senior Specialist! You will report to our Director of Product within the Services and Solutions Group (SSG).

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product or service offering throughout its lifecycle.
  • Set financial and volume objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Determine the best timing for market introduction based on business needs and market impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Enablement, Sales, AR, PR, Events) to plan and execute product launches.
  • Lead or contribute to the announcement strategy for new offers.
  • Ensure readiness for all routes-to-market and support sales enablement activities.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine product strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to set and track financial and volume goals.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
