Lenovo is seeking a Senior Solutions Services Specialist to support the continued growth of our Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) business in the UK market. This is a full‑time, mobile role focused on developing new business with large enterprise and global customers, particularly those headquartered in the UK. The position offers flexible working (hybrid or remote) and requires approximately 25% travel to customer sites and internal meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition for Digital Workplace Solutions, with a focus on Managed Services and Device‑as‑a‑Service offerings.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles for complex service solutions, from opportunity identification through deal closure.
- Lead and coordinate the full RFP and tender process, including bid strategy, response development, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprise and global customers, engaging at senior decision‑maker level.
- Collaborate closely with Client Managers, SSES peers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
- Translate customer business challenges into value‑based Digital Workplace propositions across the device lifecycle.
- Support the expansion and maturation of Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solutions portfolio in a growth‑oriented environment.
- Ensure commercial governance, deal quality, and long‑term customer satisfaction across assigned opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience selling professional or managed services to large enterprise customers (typically 5,000+ seats).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing RFPs and tenders, including coordination of internal and external bid contributors.
- Strong understanding of Digital Workplace Managed Services across deployment, management, and retirement phases.
- Experience operating in a business development or growth‑focused sales role within complex B2B environments.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, resilience, and motivation to grow a developing business line in a dynamic environment.
