- Customer Sales Engagement
- Partner with regional sales teams to support qualified opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, technical environments, and desired outcomes.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through solution validation.
- Solution Architecture Design
- Design Hybrid Cloud and AI architectures incorporating infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI technologies.
- Develop solution concepts, architectures, and technical designs aligned to customer needs and Lenovo capabilities.
Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and commercially viable.
- Pre-Sales Execution
- Support proposal development including technical responses, architectures, and solution narratives.
- Participate in customer presentations, technical workshops, and solution reviews.
- Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff from pre‑sales to implementation.
- Deal Quality Governance
- Ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and clarity in all customer‑facing materials.
- Support deal reviews and presales governance processes as required.
- Balance customer requirements with delivery realities and commercial considerations.
- Scope Working Model
- Individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
- Work under the guidance of the Regional Director, Hybrid Cloud AI Pre‑Sales.
- Support multiple opportunities and accounts within an assigned region.
- High level of customer interaction; the role is predominantly external‑facing.
What You Bring
- 7-12 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or related roles.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Hybrid Cloud, AI, infrastructure, and enterprise architectures.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales engagements.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
