Join Lenovo’s Ethics and Compliance organization as a Program Specialist, AI Ethics. In this role, you will help support the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of Lenovo’s AI Ethics function by maintaining scalable processes, coordinating projects, managing knowledge resources, and supporting governance activities. This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Responsible AI while working with cross-functional stakeholders across the business. You will contribute to ensuring that AI Ethics initiatives are organized, well-documented, and effectively executed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operation and continuous improvement of Lenovo’s internal AI Ethics review processes
  • Coordinate and maintain review standards, guidance, templates, playbooks, documentation, and related resources
  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, status tracking, and follow-up activities for AI Ethics initiatives
  • Support review intake, workflow management, prioritization, documentation, and remediation tracking
  • Maintain records, operational metrics, reporting, and resource tracking related to AI Ethics activities
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources, including SharePoint content and curated libraries covering AI governance, standards, research, and guidance
  • Monitor developments in AI regulation, industry standards, and emerging risks, while supporting training, communications, research, and stakeholder engagement activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information science, public policy, law, social science, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, program operations, governance, compliance, research, knowledge management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute effectively across functions
  • Interest in Responsible AI, AI Ethics, technology governance, or related disciplines
  • Professional proficiency in English

Preferred qualifications:

  • IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certification
  • Project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or CAPM
  • Experience supporting governance, compliance, risk, technology, research, or Responsible AI programs
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, AI governance frameworks, or emerging AI risks
  • Experience with SharePoint, knowledge-management tools, workflow platforms, or AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Experience creating and maintaining standards, procedures, playbooks, training materials, or operational documentation
