This role is central to ensuring that software strategies translate effectively into local market action, and that insights from the field inform global decisions. The position will partner closely with global 4P leads, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to drive clarity, connection, and continuity across planning and execution cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the GEO software business integrator, aligning regional software priorities with IDG SW Operations leads to ensure software offerings are embedded into broader PC + Services growth initiatives.
- Drive operational synchronization with Consumer & SMB Sales, consolidating a full-stack view of software revenue—including direct, affiliated, and monetized streams—to influence forecasting, GTM planning, and performance tracking.
- Translate software portfolio strategy into GEO-level execution, by localizing bundled offers, pricing structures, and incentive programs, ensuring commercial relevance and sell-through velocity.
- Establish a closed-loop feedback system with GEO 4P leads, capturing market signals, win/loss insights, and partner friction points to inform software roadmap, R&D prioritization, and support resource allocation.
- Enable unified planning and reporting cadence, ensuring software is not an afterthought but a core lever in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), GEO scorecards, and overall revenue accountability discussions in Consumer and SMB.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience selling software licenses to Consumer and SMB markets.
- Outstanding solutions-based sales skills and a passion for technology.
- Proficiency in managing the end-to-end offer development process.
- Ability to leverage the expertise and work of others to exceed sales targets for SaaS and Software.
- Organizational agility to secure commitments from key stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into actionable plans.
