At this role you will be part of the headquarters of the International Sales Organization. Your role will be to facilitate and own the delivery of key strategic, complex and diverse projects to support the achievement of the Sales ecosystem transformation strategic objectives. Working with multiple teams across worldwide business units, sales and channel teams, this individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, defining and owning the BMS, organizing and motivating the project team and the identification and delivery of solutions. You will report to the Project Management Office Director based in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead transformational projects for the International Sales and Channel HQ organisation.
- Manage multiple, medium to large projects with varying complexity.
- Own and drive all aspects of project management activity, managing key strategic projects across multiple teams within the international sales teams, Lenovo geographies and business units.
- Work within the framework of standard Project Management methodology processes, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the project team, drive the key initiatives and actions to resolve roadblocks and deliver the committed project results.
- Drive substantial business improvement and enhance partner and customer experience through solid project planning, complex problem solving and innovative thinking.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear business value, linking initiatives, investments, and outcomes.
- Synthesize complex data into clear, outcome‑focused narratives for Steer Committee and Executive Business Review.
Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience in project management in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations.
- Strong ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Business Financial Acumen – strong business sense, with a solid understanding of sales, channel, and go‑to‑market dynamics in a global organization.
- Excellent storytelling capability and executive communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex, multi‑project inputs into a clear, compelling, and executive‑ready value narrative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross‑functional audiences including the senior leadership team.
- Conflict resolution capability – the ability to respond in a politically astute manner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
