Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global customers and ecosystem partners
- Develop and execute robust account plans for assigned prospects and existing accounts
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts in alignment with internal business management systems
- Establish and deepen C-level relationships, serving as a trusted technology advisor
- Stay current with Lenovo’s evolving solution, product, and services portfolio
- Mentor and support internal sales acquisition representatives
- Conduct regular on-site visits with customers and prospects to drive engagement
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and high-quality responses to RFPs and customer requests
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or global customer engagement
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, configurations, and commercial sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on forecasting accuracy and customer excellence
