As the

EMEA Visuals Marketing Lead , you will drive Lenovo's Visuals marketing strategy and execution across Europe and META.

Working with stakeholders across multiple functions and markets, you will lead integrated campaigns, manage marketing investments, and ensure strong alignment between business objectives and marketing performance.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and execution of the EMEA Visuals marketing strategy across Europe and META, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Own end-to-end campaign planning, media strategy, and execution for Visuals marketing initiatives across Consumer and Commercial audiences.
  • Partner closely with country marketing teams to monitor campaign performance, optimize execution, and measure business impact and ROI.
  • Oversee quarterly marketing investment planning, budget management, alliance fund utilization, and compliance with claims and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, 4P, PR, Media COE, Business Units, Finance, and external agency partners.
  • Collaborate with Visuals Business Unit leadership to align marketing initiatives with business performance, market insights, and strategic priorities.
  • Drive best-practice sharing across EMEA markets by reviewing country marketing plans, identifying opportunities, and scaling successful approaches.
  • Adapt and localize global marketing content for EMEA audiences, leveraging regional content resources and AI-enabled solutions to ensure local relevance.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Significant experience in regional or international marketing, including integrated campaign planning and execution across multiple markets.
  • Proven expertise in marketing budget management, media planning, performance analysis, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to rapidly adapt marketing plans in response to evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of European market dynamics and experience across Consumer and Commercial technology marketing environments is preferred.
