We are seeking an experienced

Amazon Category Manager to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance for the

Visuals Accessories categories across Amazon marketplaces in Europe.

This role combines category management, e-commerce strategy, analytics, and advertising optimization in an international environment.

Working closely with Amazon and cross‑functional teams, you will identify growth opportunities, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business results through data‑driven decision‑making.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Amazon contacts and cross‑functional stakeholders across regional and global teams to drive business objectives.
  • Manage product assortment, inventory performance, and operational topics including availability, excess stock, and listing issues.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising activities while monitoring return on investment.
  • Enhance product listings, digital shelf presence, and content quality to improve customer experience and sales performance.
  • Manage and optimize key performance indicators including TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, profitability, and return rates.
  • Monitor category performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Define and execute category growth plans, promotional strategies, and commercial initiatives across Amazon Europe.
