As the Chief of Staff you will be a trusted strategic partner to the Services and Solutions group (SSG) Europe-META Services Sales Executive Director, acting as a force multiplier to drive alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the region. Your role will be to bridge strategy and execution, ensure follow-through on critical priorities, and enable effective decision‑making by coordinating across senior leaders, functions, and countries within the Europe-META organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the Executive Director’s strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive execution of regional strategy, transformation programs, and complex cross‑functional initiatives across Europe-META.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the ED, providing strategic, operational, and organizational decision support.
- Prepare executive‑level briefings, business reviews, dashboards, and decision materials for leadership and board forums.
- Monitor progress against objectives, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Align regional leadership teams on priorities, timelines, ownership, and execution discipline.
- Establish and manage executive operating cadence, including LT meetings, QBRs, offsites, and governance routines.
- Lead or support high‑priority, confidential, or time‑sensitive initiatives on behalf of senior leadership.
What You bring:
- 5+ years of experience in comparable roles (e.g. Chief of Staff, strategy, transformation), preferably within ICT or similar industries.
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior leaders and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing large, complex cross‑functional initiatives within matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support data‑driven decision‑making; commercial acumen with P&L awareness.
- Executive‑level communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients, partners, and internal teams across Europe-META.
