Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a unified Lenovo–AMD sales strategy for Education and Public Sector across Europe and META.
- Identify, qualify, and drive pipeline opportunities in collaboration with Lenovo sellers and partners, including support for RFP responses.
- Act as the primary regional point of contact for AMD, ensuring alignment with segment leads and joint strategic objectives.
- Optimize AMD engagement at country level to enhance sales enablement and ensure fair share of business.
- Coordinate a “One Lenovo” approach across Devices, Infrastructure, and Services, particularly within Higher Education and HPC segments.
- Drive growth and market penetration for Workstation, AI, and AI PC solutions within Education and Public Sector.
- Expand Lenovo/AMD footprint in key verticals (e.g., Higher Education, Defense, Healthcare) and assess new opportunities such as e-sports.
- Act as a senior advisor to customers on technology and digital transformation, while coordinating with marketing and alliance teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of AMD and Lenovo portfolios, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable insights for sales teams.
- Good understanding of Education and Public Sector go-to-market models, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build strategic plans and adapt them to local market requirements across multiple countries.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional European languages are an advantage.
- Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in Education or Public Sector segments and familiarity with Lenovo ecosystem considered an advantage.
