Lenny’s Covent Garden is seeking a Sous Chef to join the opening team and be the Head Chef’s right hand. You’ll lead by example on the pass, oversee prep and service, and ensure every pizza and dish meets Lenny’s standards of crispy, chewy and charred perfection.
You will train and develop the kitchen team, manage stock and food costs, monitor HACCP and allergens, and plan prep, deliveries and rotas for smooth operation.
