In your new role as ISDA Negotiator, you will join a new project team and be responsible for reviewing agreements and handling escalations on behalf of a large institutional banking client. Specifically, as the Negotiator you will:
- Manage client-facing deliverables to the highest standards of quality.
- Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Pro-actively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and manage the project's critical path, dependencies, and contingencies.
- Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed.
- Oversee adherence to all company methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Review large volumes of contracts efficiently and accurately, working closely with the team to achieve a high-quality output.
- Read complex agreements, including financial services documents with meticulous attention to detail, while analysing and extracting key information.
- Lead and train contract review teams, implementing best practices.
- Communicate with clients, maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm approach.
- Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline-driven environment, with high attention to detail, to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to building the company's proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business area.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

As the ISDA Negotiator, you will ideally have 3+ years of experience negotiating end capital market documentation, specifically ISDA agreement types.
Essential Criteria:
- Undergraduate degree.
- Independent experience of drafting and negotiating end-to-end ISDA, CSA, and Repo agreements necessary.
- Client-facing experience within a Professional Services firm and a strong focus on client needs.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments.
- High-impact communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel; MS Project experience highly advantageous).
- Organizational fit for the company culture.
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the role is located.
