We’re partnering with an ambitious, newly established law firm in Belfast with a fresh approach to client care and a passion for delivering exceptional property services. They’re seeking a motivated and detail‑driven Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the new journey.

In your new role as Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing files and landlord and tenant transactions from instruction through to completion. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in commercial property and support the corporate, banking and litigation teams. You will deal with leases, lease management (acting for both landlords and tenants), sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity. You will advise developer clients on development projects and property finance, covenants, road/sewer adoption. You will advise Management Companies on acquisition of reversionary interests, leasehold/freehold, restrictive covenants on title, corporate governance under Articles of Association. You will maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a proactive approach. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.

As the Conveyancing Solicitor you will:

  • Be a Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland from NQ to 5 years PQE, with proven experience of managing files independently. Additional PQE will be considered subject to experience and salary expectations.
  • Have the ability to work well in a team, strong drafting skills.
  • Possess strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Have a problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Come with good academic qualifications.
  • Have knowledge of regulatory requirements and management of risk issues including anti-money laundering and Data Protection.
