Lawyer (Trust & Private Wealth)

A top Magic Circle Offshore Law Firm law firm is recruiting for an ambitious Trust & Private Wealth Senior Associate to join their impressive team in Jersey.

Your New Role

As the Trust & Private Wealth solicitor, you will form part of an ambitious team, advising clients including professional trustees and executors, family offices, and high net worth individuals, both locally and internationally, on a variety of contentious trust and estate matters.

You will work across a range of structures including private, corporate, charitable, purpose and commercial trusts, foundations, family offices, partnerships and companies.

You will also advise on settlor reserved power trusts, private trust company arrangements, pension and employee benefit schemes, wills and matters of inheritance, international estate planning, regulatory advice and trust-related disputes.

What You Need To Succeed

As the Trust & Private Wealth Senior Associate you will be;

A commonwealth qualified lawyer jurisdiction with at least five years of post-qualification experience in Trusts & Private Wealth.

You will be ambitious and personable with an ability to work directly with clients.

Have strong technical ability.
