LENNOXVALE in Northern Ireland is seeking a Legal Counsel with IP and data experience to join our Corporate & Legal Affairs team.

You will advise on IP, data privacy and governance, draft and negotiate IP licences, data privacy agreements and commercial contracts, and support multiple jurisdictions.

Role includes supervising Contracts staff, developing templates and playbooks, and collaborating with external patent attorneys and trade mark agents.

Solicitor/Barrister in NI with 1–3 PQE required.
