A highly regarded law firm based in Belfast City Centre is searching for a diligent Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in Belfast.
As the Private Client Solicitor you will advise individuals on a broad range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts (creation, administration, and termination)
- Powers of Attorney / Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning strategies
- Elderly client matters and capacity issues
Managing a varied caseload from initial instruction through to completion, drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail, providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients, and maintaining strong client relationships while acting as a trusted adviser.
As the Private Client Solicitor, you will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 YR PQE with experience in Private Client law, such as wills and estate planning. You will work as part of a broader private client team and have strong communication skills.
