We’re excited to partnering with an exclusive Corporate law firm in Edinburgh – Scotland, with a stellar reputation, that is recruiting for a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join their team. Al levels of PQE Will be considered from Newly Qualified level up to 9 Years PQE.

Our client will consider candidates who require flexibility of location, so this means you don’t have to be based in Edinburgh.

Your New Role

As the Real Estate Lawyer, you will be a trusted advisor to your clients, offering strategic commercial advice and undertaking a range of commercial real estate projects within a broader supportive real estate team.

You will deal with a broad base of real estate matters, including investment, management, development/ infrastructure and will have the opportunity to collaborate on City of London work, including M&A/private equity deals with corporate colleagues.

What You Need To Succeed

As the Real Estate Lawyer, you will be NQ – 9 years PQE. Our client will consider all levels of PQE, and you will have real estate experience in acquisitions, disposals, drafting and negotiating land contracts such as leases, development agreements, purchase and sale contracts.

You will ideally be a dual qualified Solicitor (i.e. Scotland and England), but our client would consider candidates who are only qualified in one jurisdiction, particularly if that was in English law.

Our client would also consider Northern Irish/Irish Solicitors subject to the relevant Real Estate experience and they would assist solicitors from Northern Ireland / Ireland to qualify in Scotland/England as well.
