We are looking for an ambitious commercial litigation solicitor to join a leading independent commercial law practice in Belfast. The firm works with some of Northern Ireland's most successful businesses, offering an excellent opportunity to manage complex commercial disputes.
Your New Role
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder/partnership claims, injunctive relief, debt recovery and insolvencyârelated litigation.
- Actively engage with clients to provide strategic and practical advice around dispute resolution.
- Play a key role in supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team.
- Prioritise client needs, delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to foster a collaborative working culture and joinedâup service.
- Maintain and contribute to the firmâs culture of innovation and commercial awareness.
- Ensure a high standard of client care.
What You Need To Succeed
- You are a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, England & Wales, or the Republic of Ireland, with 2â8 years PQE and experience handling commercial litigation cases.
- You have demonstrable experience managing disputes within the commercial sector.
- You have a proven track record of delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- You possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial acumen.
- You are selfâmotivated, committed to professional development and have an appetite for innovation and growth.
