Conveyancing Solicitor in Maghera

We are searching for a Conveyancing Solicitor for a prominent, long-established, client-focused Maghera law firm. The firm is renowned for its approachable nature, strong community ties and commitment to providing a high service. As the practice continues to grow, our client is seeking a motivated solicitor to join their conveyancing team. Your New Role As a property solicitor in this friendly firm, you will undertake predominantly residential conveyancing but will have an opportunity to work on some commercial conveyancing files and therefore gain valuable exposure to a varied and interesting workload. The position will include handling all aspects of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will have autonomy to manage your own files but will receive support from more experienced solicitors in the firm. What You Need To Succeed Qualifications: You will be a solicitor with 3 PQE years of experience in residential conveyancing. Some exposure to commercial conveyancing is an advantage but not essential. Strong communication and client-care skills.
