A Tier 1 ranked law firm in Northern Ireland is searching for a Corporate Lawyer with 2-10 years PQE to join their expanding corporate team. This is one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms and this is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated corporate solicitor to work alongside some of Northern Ireland's top corporate lawyers in a supportive, innovative and forward-thinking team.
You will join a large corporate team that has significant experience advising on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters. The team provides expert legal advice to a wide range of high-profile clients, including multinational corporations, private companies, financial institutions and public sector organisations. As part of the corporate team, you will be advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, governance, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, conducting legal due diligence for corporate transactions, representing clients in negotiations and at meetings and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- You will be either a Northern Ireland, England & Wales or Republic of Ireland qualified solicitor with 2-10 years PQE in Corporate law with a leading regional Northern Irish firm, commercial or city firm.
- Proven track record of handling a range of corporate transactions.
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in the UK.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team management experience is desirable.
