One of Northern Ireland's leading corporate law firms is searching for a Real Estate Lawyer for their Belfast office. This exceptional firm delivers on some of the most significant property transactions in Northern Ireland, providing strategic, practical and commercially focused advice.

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Associate to join their Tier 1 Ranked expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high quality, complex and diverse real estate matters alongside some of the most experienced and talented lawyers in this field.

In your new role you will have an opportunity to act for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, financial institutions and public bodies, advising on:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Development projects
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Real estate finance transactions
  • Property due diligence and corporate support

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Ideally you will have 1-5 years PQE in real estate law (experience outside this PQE range may be considered)
  • Strong technical and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • A commercial and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
