Our client is open minded to solicitor's with a residential conveyancing background that are interested in learning and developing their property career in commercial property / real estate. What your new Role In your new role as property solicitor, you will form part of a high-performance property department dealing with a wide variety of high quality property matters such as, Real Estate Finance Matters, Acquisitions & Disposals of Commercial Property, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Leases. What Youll Need To Succeed As the Property Solicitor; You will be a qualified Solicitor NQ - PQE+ and have experience in either commercial property / real estate or residential conveyancing at a local or regional law firm. Our client is flexible and open on PQE level. Have have excellent interpersonal, communication & organisational skills. Be able to work independently but also as part of a broader team.
