This is one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms and this is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated corporate solicitor to work alongside some of Northern Ireland's top corporate lawyers in a supportive, innovative and forward-thinking team.
You will join a large corporate team that has significant experience advising on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters. The team provides expert legal advice to a wide range of high-profile clients, including multinational corporations, private companies, financial institutions and public sector organisations.
As part of the corporate team, you will be advising on mergers and acquisitions.
