Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our industry leading recruitment agencies based in Hertfordshire:
- Construction/ Civil Engineering - White Collar, permanent desk
- Previous experience within these sectors would be highly desirable but strong consultants from any white collar industry will be considered
- Desk is available due to an internal promotion
- WARM desk
- View to stepping up into a Divisional Lead role within the business
- 1 day remote working
- Flexible working hours 8-5pm or 7:30 -4:30pm
- Commission paid 10-35% - NO THRESHOLD
- Base up to £45k
* Quaterly team incentives, most recently a team trip to Ibiza!
