Lennox Recruitment has an exciting new Branch Manager role available in East London. My client is an award-winning education recruitment agency who will be opening a brand new office in East London, this person will be pivotal for the success of this new branch.
Initial set up:
- Working alongside a Delivery Consultant
- The company Director will also be spending 1 day per week at the new Branch
- Full back office support from the team in West London
What's on offer:
- 1 day remote working
- Base up to circa £55k
- Comms paid 10-17.5% - no threshold
- Branch bonus scheme / Team commission split
- Guarantee on earnings for up to 6 months
