Lennox Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join one of our clients in West London, please see details below.
What’s on offer:
- Education Sector
- Recruitment Consultant (Sales/ Business Development only) – the client has a separate Compliance and Resourcing team to support the Consultants
- 2 days REMOTE working each week on Mondays and Fridays
- Base up to £38k
- Comms paid from 10-17.5% no threshold (only £750 per month desk cost)
- Clear commission structure so you know exactly what you will be earning as you hit certain milestones
- Hours: Term time 7am-4:30pm or 8am-5:30pm / school holidays 9am-4pm
- Warm desk
- Current team earning between £5-8k per month in commission !!
- To start last week of August ideally
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant carrying out cold calling business development
- Previous experience of working on a high volume temp desk in any sector is essential
- Good communication skills
- Happy to be on the phone
- Honest and open attitude
- Able to take guidance and learn from the team
- Able to commute to West London easily (within 30 mins)
