Lennox Recruitment has a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join one of our clients in West London, please see details below.

What’s on offer:

  • Education Sector
  • Recruitment Consultant (Sales/ Business Development only) – the client has a separate Compliance and Resourcing team to support the Consultants
  • 2 days REMOTE working each week on Mondays and Fridays
  • Base up to £38k
  • Comms paid from 10-17.5% no threshold (only £750 per month desk cost)
  • Clear commission structure so you know exactly what you will be earning as you hit certain milestones
  • Hours: Term time 7am-4:30pm or 8am-5:30pm / school holidays 9am-4pm
  • Warm desk
  • Current team earning between £5-8k per month in commission !!
  • To start last week of August ideally

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant carrying out cold calling business development
  • Previous experience of working on a high volume temp desk in any sector is essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Happy to be on the phone
  • Honest and open attitude
  • Able to take guidance and learn from the team
  • Able to commute to West London easily (within 30 mins)
